Hoping for some cracking pups from this pair of pure breeds, both bred from my own BD.
'Millie' (the female) is the one that was the only survivor of 6 pups born a year ago last month. She has grown amazingly well given her small size at birth, now she is bigger than the male at around 14" disc.

The divider is PVC pipe and black plastic netting which is very thick and sold to cover ponds as a heron deterrent

really nice BD pair jim! i feel like mine look very similar to yours with the eclipse rings. Mine is a bit smaller and younger in age, approximately 10"+/-
