Does two rows of top teeth mean its an alligator gar? sorry i have looked at the id sticky and still havin trouble...the fish is only about 5 inches but def. has two rows of top teeth. thanks mfks
 
i need a pick but if he is that size you should be able to look at the mouth and see if he has a nice thick aligator looking mouth and if it has big black patchs or spots covering his intire body, can you get a pic>?????
 
No, they all have 2 top rows of teeth, although more prominent in atractosteus species. read the stickies to id your gar:cool:
