I am thinking about picking this ray up, and pairing her with a ray from TurkeyBoy. I am new with motoros, I know there are different variants. He looks really light and purpleish. Kind of hystrix like, I know there are hybrids out there, can this be one. Or maybe she is some kind of variant, or maybe not even a true motoro. SHe has a longer than normal tail. I would like the motoro experts to chime in please. I know she is about in right now, can you guys rate her for me on a 1 to 10 scale, and what kind of price she may demand. Sorry for the long post, but thanks in advance.

Sorry for the awful pics, and disregard the first and last pics, that is a reticulated ray

looks like a motoro, she will stay very light, and looks like she is going to have tripple spots, where did you get her from? Motoro pups normmaly have pretty long tails, expecally if they are captive bred because they dont break off during importation

Thanks TB, I knew I can count on you. Yes I believe it is CB. Can you compare it to the pup you have for me? So the tail will stay long? Triple spot huh? How is that achieved? Or is that nature at its best?

you can already see the 3 different spots comming through black orange and white.

Attached is a pic of my light male and your pup. Also a lighter female from my first litter.

How big is that male you have TB? How long will it take for my female to growout from 5in to 10in ?

my male is 10" right now, he is about a year and a half old. Males tend to grow slower then females. But being with a mature female makes them mature faster.... he was 8" when he first knocked up my female. I would think a nice grow rate from 5" to 10 would be about 9months to a year

looks like a regular motoro to me....
