Well I should be setting up my 90 gallon by the end of the week and wanted to here what you guys think of the stock and I need suggestions on a clean up crew. Here's what the stock will be. Juvenile black belt, two blood parrots, salvini, convict, and vieja flower horn thing. The flower horn will be leaving very soon

That's a lot of big mean fish for a 4 foot tank, consider either a solo fh or a pair (if you can get a proven pair) or the about 4-5 total of the smaller ones like 2 bps 2 cons and 1 salvini, always watch aggression, and the options I gave you might be a bit overstocked to someone else but this is my opinion.... always watch water params and aggression....

Clean up crew would be your siphon and scrubber lol

Hi Michael,

The Blackbelt will soon outgrow the tank (mine grew from 1.5" to 7" in a year and half in a 210 gallon, and she/he's still growing). Although there is relative peace in my CA community tank (for now!?), the aggressive tendencies of the Blackbelt are obvious (sudden lunges at unsuspecting targets). I suspect a 90 gal tank won't afford enough room for the other fish to stay clear, plus it would be cramped for a fish that reaches over a foot in length. Consider limiting yourself to a collection of mid size CAs, such as a single female salvini, a convict, and perhaps some firemouths (my FMs have no problem holding their own in the 210) and/or a JD. Alternatively, as TankDempsey suggested, a solo pair of something larger. Not sure about the blood parrots - don't know how aggressive they are. Good luck.
