I'm looking for a tank for my monsters but anything over 150 seems impossible to find. So with that said this craigslist tank seems to be the best fit for price and size(atleast until I find a bigger one ). I'll be putting in my J. Aro 5-6", BGK 7-8", RTCxTSN 5", and maybe my Geo's in as well. This tank will also be a first DIY 3D background I plan on doing with slate too! SO, take a gander and tell me what you think of the deal.. A fellow co-worker said it was a great deal but that's just one guy and half the stuff the CL'er posted I have no clue, YET, what it does or is haha.

And I know it's not a pond so eventually I will be upgrading again so the fish can continue to grow and have the space they desire.

i agree not a real bad deal good for what comes with it but you might could wait a little longer an get one cheaper. i got a guy about a hour from me who has just about everything this guy as an he wants $100.so if you can have patience then you might get a better deal. my dad bougt a 125 last week drilled with overflows an sump tank media an sand for 200. it came with a stand but it isnt pretty to look at but with some new sheating it will be nice. but depending on the area this maybe a smoking deal.

It all depends on whats available in your area. I guess you could say wait, and something better will always come along, but then you just end up waiting forever, and never actually buying anything, and then suddenly you have a 2 foot rtc in a 4 foot tank (or however big it is).

If this is the best deal you've been able to find, and the timing is right for you, then you have to decide if its worth it to buy what looks to be a decent deal, or try to wait and find something better.

Tanks are so so around here. I was stupid to let a 6ft 175 bowfront for less get by but I was in the process of moving. I'm thinking of branching out to other areas like you did csa dad but more or less I was wondering about these other things that are coming with it. The wet/dry filter and this 10 Gallon C-Horse automatic tank replenishment system? I copied and pasted em in google but I need a simpler explantion haha. Thanks for all your guys help and advice too!
