Where eva theres Cichla!!!
When i got home this morning i saw that 1 of my temensis has got 2 cloudy eyes, with lil rings in them...which make them look like pupils...i ahve pics on my phone but my pc isnt letting me upload them :( i'm feeding prawns/beefheart atm...and cause of the recent hot weather the tank temp got to 35 degrees celcius, however it's back down to 29 now...

just wondering if the high temp or maybe diet has caused this...he swims along the bottom of the tank and every now n then bumps into things...this is wierd cause my other tems are fine...

anyone have any idea on what caused this? or has it happened to anyone else?
 
are your water params good? when was the last time you did a water change braddah?
 
water is a lil alkaline atm waiting fer my mate to get home to borrow his ph down...apart from that ammonia is great, but ph 7.6 :(
 
most likely its your nitrates or his eye was scratched and is now trying to heal
 
nah not like a worm, and hte temp woulda been gradual, i've since fixed the water and dosed with pimafix, eyes good now just waiting for him to start acting normal...still a lil lagey!
