Temensis hole in the head

i have a 20" temensis who has slight hole in the head starting any suggestion are p bass prone to hole in the head
i do 70% water changes weekly and he is givin silverside,raw shrimp, nightcrawlers

It seems as though temensis are the ones that get HITH more often.

Just try and keep the water quality as clean as possible.
 
Also it is a good Idea to remove carbon from your filter media (If you have any).

And introduce vitamins into your fishs diet/water

Most of the food we feed our fish especially frozen food is lacking thiamine(vitamin B3)

vitamin deficiency and or parasites have been associated with HITH although there is no proof if either affects it.

With such a large BIO load you may want to start doing 35-40% water changes every 2 days instead of 1 large weekly to keep the tank as clean as possible.
