Now I know where my eleven spotted SDs have been going. I'm assuming the 14-15" tem is either going to get this thing down, or be able to spit it back out. It's been in about the same position for the past 15-20 minutes. I really don't want to have to try to catch this thing to pull it out.

The tem spat it out last night. The SD was swimming around like nothing happened. I noticed when I got home tonight that something was gnawing on it again. It's only a matter of time. I'd get them out if I could. But it's next to impossible in the 1000g.

Just power feed them and hope they grow faster than they get eaten lol

Yeah, getting them out will be next to impossible. My tank is just under 1000g and if I need to catch something, I leave all the lights off in the tank and room and try to catch them in the dark with a flashlight. It works, but it's still a pain in the ass.
