Temensis problem

Hi I have the Temensis in with a Mono and just noticed these two small spots on his head. The Mono and he will pick at each other. I feed tilapia, water is good no ammonia or nitrite. Nitrate is at 25 before water change. I change 50% every week using R/O DI water. The R/O water is treated with R/O Right. Thanks

I have been using R/O right by Kent marine.

I tried the large carnivore pellets by hikari but didn't have any interest.

Hith has numerous causes. Hard to figure it out but most would suggest separating the fish. Treating with an abx ( metronidazole in water and medicated food), avoid carbon media, high quality foods and clean water (nitrates never above 40ppm). Hope it don't get worse.
