Temensis?

I bought a cichla from california today that was sold to me as an orino. After comparing it to my orinos at home as sell as some browsing on the web, i think its actually a temensis. Can you guys verify this for me? It's been a day filled by one disapointment after the next. The orino i buy turns out to be a tem and the ocells that were supposed to be 4-5" turn out to be 3-4" and the 3" are small enough to get eaten by two of my ocells and 1 mono so i had to move them.

I wish they had more lol, I bought from another mfker in california and transported it back to Nevada. Any idea as to where this orino is from, he doesnt look anything like my rio metas.
