temp an issue?

i have a tank that's been cycling for a few days without a heater...i've also planted some bulbs (about 12-15) in hopes that nearly 3/4 of them would bloom. will the temperature of the water help/hurt the process of plant growth?

thanks in advance. the tank also has no light but is directly under a window.

Depends on what type of bulbs you have.

Heat will play some part, dependent on what you are growing. They probably won't sprout considering the lack of direct lighting.
