My one heater kicked the bucket and my tank temp dropped from 26 degrees Celsius to 21 before i noticed the change.

I have already bought 2 new ones and installed them but how negative is a drop of 4 degrees in a short time(i know it happened in about 5 hours because when i left for work it was still fine and at around 13:00 it was at 21 degrees)?

Thanks

Not an issue, nothing to worry about if the fish are all healthy they will hardly notice it.

The strange thing is almost all my fish displayed better colours when the water was cooler especially my 2 Jags it was only my TEX who looked a bit lighter.

yeah it should be fine, only problem i could think of is in the past when ive had big temp drops my fish would get ich, so i would look out for that but should be fine, and yeah about the color thing, that's funny you mentioned that because i notice that with my fish whenever i do a water change and the temp drops a bit, they always seem to be happier right after a water change, so i think they like the refreshing cooler water but not necessarily good for them to always be in the cooler water

That little of a temperature change is not a big deal. It's when the temperature is changed by 10 degrees or more that you might have a problem.
