I have my IT for 5 days now the first three days it was out swimming all the time but on wedsnday it starting to hide but he is still eating well

I dont have that much decoration all i having is just one large driftwood and 5 moss ball in a 65g bare bottom tank and i go bare bottom because is easy to clean since they are messy eater. He hide around the wood tho. I have two discus with him by the way lol. He is 2.5" size and the discus are both 5.5". The discus harras him sometimes.

Hmm, my little tiger that has been shy since i got him actually dare to venture around and show his bar once I dropped him into a bigger tank. Not sure why tho. Perhaps the bigger tank having a black background and blue bottom.

But one thing for sure is, when I added more fish inside, little tiger will more likely to come out and explore.

PS: I have no hiding spot for him or any decoration in both the tanks.

add a few more dats to make him more comfortable. When i had 20 baby indos in a bare 55g it was a really cool sight to watch them rip around and eat.

Nah,the temps got nothing to do with your dat hiding, that is just a habit of theirs. If the temp was an issue the dat would probably be trying to jump up out of the tank lol.
