gettin kinda confuse, i see people keep discus anywhere from 90 F to 80 F

That's a good range. I wouldn't go above 90 or below 80F. I prefer to stay around 84F to 86F. Saying what is "best", is like saying which brand of sport shoe is best. Everyone has their own opinion.

Adidas and Nike are good brands. Seriously though, I kept mine at 84-86.
