Temperature Issue !

ok so i'm trying to breed my channa bleheri right now. For the past few days i have lowered my temperature slowly to about rough 68-70 degrees...Is that low enough or should it be lower....I was thinking of keeping it that low for about a week, is that long enough or no? Any information you guys and girls can give me would be awesome

I've read on a couple pages that you should lower it for about a week or 2. I think i read it on another forum. So it looks like you're what you're suppose to. Providing that they've already paired up.
