I have a 7.5' x 5' piece of tempered glass just sitting in my garage.

Keep in mind, this piece cannot be cut as it is tempered. General idea for this would be a lid for a large pond or the bottom pane for a very large tank build.

Free to the first person that shows up with a couple guys and a trailer. I will help load it, but you're on your own from there.

I'll give this thread a while and then the piece goes to the trash.

PM me if you want it. Thanks.

Oops.... sorry. Its 5/8" thick if I remember correctly.

I also have a few other pieces of tempered glass that need to go. I think they are either 2x4 or 2x3 and 1/4" thick. These would make great lids.

kevan ... i've got nothing but time this winter ... want to build a 7.5' x 5' x 4' plywood tank :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

that would be sweet for sure :headbang2

and a free BUMP for a good deal.
how'd you happen to get this in the first place??

just wondering ( even though i cant pickup cuz im in norcal) , but is that thick enough for 5' height tank? that would be sweet if it does :D if not, then i guess u can still fill it partially and have like a terranium or watever ... like the ones with caimen in museums ;)

I don't think it will work. Without figuring the numbers, you'd probably be looking at a minimum of 3/4" for a 5' tank.

i dont think i would have use for it, im trying to think. thats a big piece of glass. what were you going to use it for? bump anyways.

let me know what you want to do with that chancho.

We can set something up with the Chancho. No rush, he's in a tank by himself.

It was originally going to be used as a lid for an indoor pond.
