Would a lone 6" RBP be ok in about 15gal of water in a Rubbermaid with an Emperor400 and a heater for a couple days? I am moving my tank, and this would be the easiest way to get him out of the way while I do the job. Hopefully, it will only be for an afternoon, but may end up being longer. Any other ideas? Should I add salt or any of the stress-coat type chems?

i wouldnt add the heater if its hot in kentucky right now, and i would add an airstone , otherwise i see no problems with that.

lol. then it would go in the pleco section.
You should be fine with the airstone as mentioned

I don't thinkthere is a need for an airstone with an emperor 400 running on 15 gallons of water. It IS hot in KY right now, but my house is 73F. The fish is used to 78-80, if I don't put a heater in the water will be whatever temp my house is- 73F. I think I should avoid that change if I can.
