tempratures rising in channa tank

It has been quite hot here in the uk and temperatures are rising in my snake head tank any advice on cooling things down will be much appreciated

Or cheap ghetto way could be freezing a bunch of water bottles and dropping them in as needed. Or just do frequent water changes with slightly cooler temps. Slowly bringing down the tank temp

have been trying the frozen bottle treatment although the ice inthe bottles melted within 10 minutes may try a small cold water change tomorrow
