Hi guys its been a while since I posted any updates so here they are.

I had to let go two of my large Mono's as they developed blindness to a stupid mistake on my part :irked:, I am still kicking myself but you live and learn.

I picked up 2 smaller mono's to go in the big tank and they are settling in nicely.:headbang2

I have also added my 2 tems to the big tank and they also are doing nicely.

I will update some tank shots of the tems tomorrow for the time being here is a teaser.:naughty:

enjoy.

Gorgeous as always pete!
Gotta come and pay a visit soon :D

LOVE the tems. I really hope mine look that good when they grow out a little more. I would like to know what caused the blindness in your monos if you are willing to share as I really am trying to learn as much as I can about cichla and dont want to hurt mine. Once again I LOVE your tems they are gorgeous

I believe Blindness was caused due to too much salt in the water this irritated the Bass's eyes and caused infection, I saved the bass but their eyesight was effected severely, I am only glad it effected the two of them in this way, the others did not get effected as much.

I did sell my large male that had paired up but I do still have the female that laid the eggs.
