I am planning on doing a 180 gal. setup and the tenecor line looks interesting. I was wondering if anyone has any info or experience with them .

From my research, they seem rock solid. I'm going to add a big tank to the stable in the next few months and one of the companies I'm seriously considering is Tenecor. Shipping is a ***** though.

tenecore tanks are some of the best i think the simplicity takes up valuable floor space better off doing a sump plus will save you alot of money more money saved is more fish

My thoughts exactly. I have a Tenecor 360 gallon (8'L x 3'W x 2'H) without the Simplicity Plus system. They refer to the tank as a "320"--that's how much volume you lose to the Simplicity Plus system. By foregoing the Simplicity Plus for a conventional wet/dry system, you get more tank space and the more room for biological filtration (limited only by sump size).
