I'm upgrading to a 300-400 gal. tank in the next few months and I'm wondering if Tenecor is worth the money. I really dig the quality of their tanks (from what I can tell on their site) but CRAP they're pricey! I got the cash but if I can get the same or better quality somewhere else for cheaper, then I'd rather do that. Any suggestions?

Tenecor makes very good tanks. Worth the price? I think so. Consider how many years you plan to own the tank and how much water it's going to be holding. It's worth the extra dough for quality. Skimp somewhere else.

That being said, I'd check out IAP. They're somewhat local and I've heard nothing but good things about the quality of their work.

tanks look good there iap

Saw some of IAP's tanks this past weekend at a local salt shop. Wasn't too impressed. Seams didn't match up too well and the edges weren't polished very good. imo,
