Hey All. I am moving soon and plan on building a trop pond in my new place to house my 5 freshwater stingrays. I'm not sure how long I will be in the new place so am looking at making a pond using a 2x4 frame and then a 1mm thick liner to water proof it. Mainly for ease of making and lower cost. Has anyone created a trop pond this way before? If you have can you please post pictures of how you made it and also any issues you had so I can try and avoid them. Also has anyone ever used a liner with rays before? Being a 1mm liner does anyone think the rays would still be able to tear that? Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Luke

There is ****loads diy tropical ponds all over the internet. On youtube you will be able to find alot to. King of diy has some videos of his pond he built and tore down. Its quite simple. Just build a sturdy frame and put the liner in and your good to go. You can even put in a window in it if you want. There is plenty of information about this topic here on the forum. Search and you shall find young padawan.
