i made a thread a few weeks ago in regards to the problem of having multiple tanks and a termite tenting coming up in the near future. so that everyone knows, this is what i've found out after talking to a few different businesses.
1. the temp in the home will get to over 140 degrees during the tenting. that right there is enough to kill most fish.
2. the gas used is not toxic to the fish, but it will completely deprive the home of any oxygen.
3. one of the companies told me they had a guy decide to tent his house and try and cover a 300gl reef tank instead of move it all. he lost everything.
so, in conclusion, if you are going to tent your house for termites, make sure you have a plan in place for your monsters. i am going to be putting my boys in 2 125gl tanks i have in storage at my parents house.
