Payment: Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis. Payments can be made by Paypal (add 3% to the total) or Money Order. If paying by Paypal we will send an invoice through paypal with total to pay. PLEASE notify how you will be paying during ordering.
Shipping: We ship using Southwest, Continential, US Air and Delta. We can arrange door to door shipping, but we are slowly getting away from that options simply because it is getting to be to costly for our customers. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct address for shipping. If you fail to make sure we have the correct address, then all guarantees are Void and it will be your loss.
Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival when the fish are shipped same day or overnight. We can not be responsible if the courier has delayed or mishandled the shipment. If the courier is negligent, then the buyer has to file a claim with them. All shipments must be picked up within 2 hours, if not able to deliver to home.
DOA'S: All packages must be opened at the Cargo company and report any Deaths to them at that time. If you fail to do so and get home and there is a death, Then it is your loss. Reason for this is if the carrier is at fault, they will not cover the loss unless they see the dead fish. Once you have reported any DOA's with the cargo company you must notify us within 2 hours and send us a digital image of the specimen, in the unopened bag. DOA means dead when arriving to the destination and not after the fish has been put into the tank. No credit will be given due to the negligence of the carrier or the customer.
Credit: Credit will be given for the livestock. All credits will be counted towards the next order. Credit will be for the livestock only, not for shipping charges, box charges, etc. There are no cash refunds.
Restricted Species: We will not be responsible for penalty incurred due to restricted species. We will do our best to check before finalizing the order, but It is up to the buyer to check, and confirm that the specie(s) are legally allowed in the specific state. If you know a species is Illegal in your state ahead of time please do not waste your time or mine asking if we can make an exception. It WILL NOT happen. Any legal ramification will be the responsibility of the buyer.
