I ship anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. I am not shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, nor exporting at this time. UPS NDA, UPS 2DA AM or USPS Express is my preferred method. USPS Priority is available upon request. If you pay via Paypal, I will only ship to confirmed addresses, if you do not have a confirmed address, please contact Paypal to have it fixed.
Fees & Charges
Heat packs and ice packs are used on an as needed basis and there may be an additional $1 charge.
Payment
I accept Postal money order and Paypal. When remitting payment, please list your Monster Aquaria Network sign on and the product ordered in the Paypal message or in the "memo" section of the Postal money order. All payments made via Paypal should be remitted for "goods". Do not send any gift payments unless it is a gift. Sending payment as a gift removes both the buyer's and seller's protection. If you send me a gift payment, I will consider it a gift.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Fish & invertebrates are guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped via next day delivery (USPS Express may not be next day delivery). Guarantee is for the cost of the fish ONLY. In case of DOA, replacements will be shipped at the buyer's expense. The buyer has the option of applying a credit towards different fish, invertebrates or plants. Please send a digital image of the DOA items within 2 hours of delivery time to receive your credit.
Restricted Species
I will not be responsible for penalty incurred due to buyer's individual state and local laws on restricted species. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and confirm that the specie(s) are legally allowed in the specific state. Any legal ramification will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
No returns of live stock are accepted.
