Ternetzi?

Can anyone give me some information, or experience with pygocentrus ternetzi?

Is it worth buying a shoal of them?

P:S: I tried looking in the stickies first, but i didn't see ternetzi anywhere

They are pretty rare as far as pygos go, I think they are beautiful but I love all pygos, give em a try not many pure shoals of them......

They grow bigger than rbps, since they are from cooler water so keep your water temp lower (around 70F). If keep at 78F like you would with most tropical fish they can be very aggressive towards each other.
Very nice to have tho, if you have the chance of getting a shoal then go for it, they are getting hard to get now.

How many in a 120? Or is that too small for a shoal? *For life*

Typical growth rate as other Pygo.

For 120g may be 3 to 4 for life.
