tertracycline question

I'm using it in one of my tanks right now and a thick, bubbly, film built up on the top surface of the water. like, a betta nest but thicker, and taller off the surface.

is this normal? i would've taken pictures but i just wanted to change the water lol

Last time I used t.c. I experienced this as well. Fish made it through treatment fine. I would assume it is normal.

That's normal. Tetracycline will kill off your BB so, be aware of a new cycle once you remove the meds with carbon/water changes.
