Incase you've seen my other post I have strategicly moved around my front room and now I can fit a bigger tank

I've got a 6x2 floor space and I plan to have the tank 30" deep.
I have a couple of questions to start with:
Filtration,
I am getting a sump, I'm going to get a much larger skimmer than recomended and I plan on having a lot of LR for caves etc is there anything that any moray owners would recomend extra?
Flow,
This is where I need help the most I want what's good for the Tesselata its the main reason for the tank but also....
Tankmates,
I really like a couple of fish but I'm not sure what works with the eel:
Volitons Lionfish
Emperor Angelfish
Queen Angelfish
Golden Puffer
Porcupine Puffer
Various Tangs
These are the fish I'm interested in but I would be happy to keep it solo also but I would like tankmates, I look forward to your replies thanks in advance.
