tesselatta not eating

Anyone ever have a marine eel quit eating?
My tesselatta is not a picky eater, and will occaisionally skip a day here and there.

5 days ago he stopped eating. Ive tried all the usual raw fish he usually devours. He sniffs it, and turns away.

Before he stopped eating...he would go after food so quick it never had a chance to hit the bottom of the tank

All water parameters check out fine, salinity, temp good.

Anyone?

Well, Ive been searching for info the last hour or so.
This appears to be on eof the most common morey questions.

Best answer seems to be that they occaisionally quit eating. As long as they are healty and water is good, I guess you just wait it out

I have had a snowflake and now I have a Yellowhead moray I feed him 2-3times weekly I have read eels can go several weeks without eating so I hope he starts back eating again

I have read that they will periodically go a while without eating. As long as they are still active, and the water is good, he should be okay to wait it out.
