Bought a Tetra master test kit about a month ago. Decided to measure pH,GH,KH today. Haven`t tested these in awhile as they are always close only change is from summer to winter.(Philadelphia Muni Water)

Water report says Hardness as Calcium Carbonate is 14 ppm min- 87 avg-130 max... how is this to be read?
