Okay so I have always used the test strips but the pet store told my they arent as acurate as the water test kits? Whats your opinion Im gonna buy some more today but wanna figure out which is more acurate.
Thanks

Ive always been told the strips arent as accurate. And Ive seen it first hand, dipped one stick got a reading then dipped another and got a different reading. I stopped using them after that and started using a liquid test kit. A bit more expensive to start with but last for ever

Liquid is very accurate, the strips are not very good. I've always has the liquid. I agree, it's worth the money to get accurate results.

The test strips are moar difficult to read and have a shelf life (i.e. death)
The liquids are the way to go however
if you want to test with strips every few days and
liquids once a week or two that would not be a bad idea

Thanks everyone Ill watch for the water test kit to go on sale then.

Thatpetplace.com has some good prices especially on decor.
