I bought a test kit to check how hard my water is. Testing the GH the water is supposed to go from orange to green. Is it a lite green or dark green? I am color blind so I have the kids or the wife help me test. When I tested it out of the tank I was up to 32 drops and never changed color. The KH changed color in 6-7 drops. I tested the water before it goes into the softner today KH changed in 6-7 drops. GH had not changed in 7 drops, and that's where I stopped. Am I doing something wrong? The best I can tell I am doing what the instruction say. Any suggestions?
