I was testing some new rocks I got with white vinegar to make sure they were safe to use. Afterwards i scrubbed them then boiled them to get rid of the chemical. However, some of them still have the smell of vinegar on them. Will that kill my fish?

Just as long as they are cleaned and scrubbed you should be ok. Btw, boiling rocks can be very dangerous, I wouldn't do it.

I've boiled plenty of rocks never had any problems. Vinegar isn't really needed but to get rid of the smell just rinse the in the sink or a bucket till the smell is gone.

I have done it in the past as well, and never had any problems. But it's something to consider. If you don't think they can google it.

Thanks everyone! I reboiled them and the smell is conpletely gone! I am running a powerhead thats really loud and sounds like sand may have gotten into it. Someone suggested i clean it out with vinegar then run it in vinegar. Im trying to cycle my tank (fishless). Will that harm my tank's progress once i put the powerheads back in with. I doubt ill be able to scrub all the vinegar off and i surely cant boil powerheads haha!
