3m was applied to the pond liner, folded, then sat compressed under slate for 6 days. Id say the bond out of 1-10, id give it a 7.5. It had good strength to it, but nothing I would call permanent. Im going to give it a few days more to fully dry unfolded then will test the peel ability of the 3M to the liner. One day I would like to mock up a small frame with pond liner and a little window and test the strength on how that holds up without being bolted up.
