Tetra Algae = Dead Fish

Has this happened to anyone else i followed the directions and it ended up killing most fish it raised the ammonia level and it says nothing about that happening is there a safer way to clear my cloudy water

Yeah, you shouldn't use algae treatments in your tanks... Figure out cause of the issue and correct it.

Did you test the water before using the Tetra product? Or could the parameters already been high thus encouraging algae growth?

What exactly are the parameters? What kind of test kit are you using?

I brought some water in to the LFS and they tested it and they said it was fine idk what they use though
