Tetra displaying cyst like bump with white string in it

Hi I have 7 tetras (emperors and black emperors) one of them has started displaying a weird bump on its side and I'm worried that it might spread and I really can't figure out what it is. I already checked my water levels and did a partial 30% water change
Any ideas on what it might be and what I can do ?
I put her on a white watered surface to take the clearest pictures possible

No it doesn't seem to be coming out the cloaca it is slightly higher up on the flanc

give that bad boy a methylene blue dipbath, and treat your tank with paraguard just to be safe. That's my vote, should handle any parasites/bacteria you're dealing with.
