Tetra test O2, is this product legit?

Was looking for an inexpensive way to test my aquarium O2 levels, and came across this product. Anyone tried it, or able to speak to its accuracy?

I don't think you will find much help. Not many people test the dissolved oxygen level of their water. Why may I ask do you want to test yours?
