tetracyclin with payaras,cats?

i will be treating my tank with a antibactierial known as tetracyclin i think to heal my barracudas massive ugly tumor like growth and was wondering if it will be safe with my red tailed payaras, silverdollars, and juruense catfish as well as the barracuda any help would be great

also tumor is somewat bloody so wat med would be best
