OK I HAVE 5 INDOS AROUND 1-2IN THAT ARE ALWAYS HIDING AND IVE NOTICED WHEN I ADD MOLLIES WITH MY SMALL PBASS THEIR NOT AS SHY WOULD A FEW TETRAS HELP MY DATS COME OUT MORE AND COLOR UP?

Doubt it . Tetras will be fish food in a matter of months/ weeks. Try tinfoils, silver dollar, archers for dithering fish.
The tigers will colour up in time. Just be patient and wait. Might be days, weeks or maybe several months. You need lots of patience with datnoids.

yeah those neons will defo end up food to the tigers. I have 4 babys tigers 2" they are like camelions, allways changing color to hide but when i feed them their colors pop right out there 
At that small of a size, you can get away with larger Tetras like Congo Tetras for a little while.
