Texas and Jack Dempsey questions

I have a 2 inch Texas Cichlid and a 2 inch Jack Dempsey and i was wondering what their approx. growth rate was. The are fed Omega One Super Color.

Not sure about the Texas as I got mine pretty big but my JD has been very slow growing, it will differ from fish to fish though and I think mine might be a runt as well...

the bigger the tank the faster they grow as long as you keep up on the water changes.

Mine grew pretty slow on both..

Well ive had my Tex for about 4 years
shes about 6 inches.
Then again im not so great with guesstimating measurement.

The Jds in the pic i had for almost 2 years.
