I am looking to put together a Texas cave biotope built around a bunch of blind Mexican tetras. What other fish are found in the same areas? What kind if rock should I use?

There is a blind crayfish species, blind salamander species, and blind catfish species that associate with these tetras. Unfortunately, all of these species are heavily protected due to low fecundity numbers and loss/pollution of habitat.
These tetras swim constantly and are fin-nippers. They should do well with larger danio species and similarly quick swimming species.

Thanks. I got the blind fish the other day. Maybe I will just do blind tetras and normal Mexican teteas. It doesn't have to be blind/eyeless just want to stick with a biotype. I found this video on youtube. Any idea what kind of fish?
