I picked up a 3 in male and almost 3 female they laid eggs got them for 7$ what is the growth rate like on these fish

On average they grow fairly quick(with live food and lots of water changes)

how long till theyre fully grown and is there any way I can increase my males hump he does not have one and when do they form one
