Texas Cichlid disease?

So I've been trying to fight this with water changes and medicines. First off I can't even find out what it is, local fish dude said ick but it's starting to blister and spread on the fish.

None of the other fish have symptoms, 2 Oscar's, vulture cat, bala sharks.

Water parameters are set to oscar standards since they are the larger fish and HITH scares me.

Any help will be awesome. For starters if you know what it is so that I can google and treat it.

Looks like lymphocytis virus, no known cure, and easily spreads like a cold. Under stressful conditions is does comeback. I would separate the fish until it is gone.
