Can anyone tell me if this little guy is a reg Texas or a carpintis? It was labeled as carpintis but I don't really know how to tell at this size... I know the pics arent good but thanks to anyone that can give their opinion

really bad pictures. but if i had to guess, a regular texas, spots are on the small side. i have several in my growout tank.
