tank has been set up with fish for over 6 months
i have 15 differnt cichlids all 1 1/2"-4"
had them all from 1 month-6 months
all had been qt before being put into the 125g
temp is at 82 degrees
no live plants
filter is a sump with 450gph pump vacuum sludge from the bottom weekly
do 25% waterchange weekly and vaccuum the gravel
feed small hikira pellets twice a day
the texas cichlid is staying at the top of the water and keeps his mouth open and i just noticed this afternoon that it looked like a couple of white things hanging out one side of the gills
no treatment yet...not sure what im treating
no pic till tomorrow..didnt have my camera
no fin scratching
the fish is lighter in color than normal
doesnt wanna eat
