Hi Guy's

I have an all american cichlid set up which houses:

1x Gold Severum...8"
1x Flower horn ( Jin Gang ) 8"
1x Fire mouth... 4"
1x Red Devil midas..4"
2x Texas Cichlids...4"
3x Goldsaums...4/5"

But i have noticed recently that my Texas's are really agressive towards everything in the tank they are a breeding pair they have both started to show dark blue throats so i'm asuming thats whats fueling there agression. But i'm baffled they are really showing my 8" Flower horn who's boss he's Shi****g him self.....THATS JUST NOT RIGHT !!! :WHOA:

Well it's not a real problem at the moment but i'll keep you guy's posted on the behaviour.

My texas is owned by my convict.

Before I had the little Texas with the 10" Oscar and it kept tearing up the oscars fin and biting it. But for some reason the Oscar didn't care. It just ignored the Texas totally even when It was being bitten! I miss my Oscar's aggression. It beat the crap out of my old killer flowerhorn.

my old fire mouth was bossy as hell. he would always beat on my oscars, my salvini and even my female festae to the point the male would come over to bail her out of trouble. eventuly i think my male festea got sick of his crap cause he killed him not to long ago.

Firemouths may be underrated aggression-wise. I had one that would have killed anything. Ripped a pleco of the same size apart, bit off all the heads of minnows.

Wow...hehe....I never knew Firemouths could kill..
