Ok so my texas is having some problems. If i try and feed her pellets she isnt intrested and just leaves them.Flakes are the same. She only eats bloodworm willingly. Now my question is there any way of getting her to eat pellets and/or flakes.

my question is there any way of getting her to eat pellets and/or flakes.

allow some of your bloodworms to melt, if frozen. Soak the pellets or flakes with the bloodworms and feed the mixture. An alternate, moisten the pellets or flakes prior to feeding.

Okay, it's hard to answer questions without all the info. here's a few questions:
How big is the tank?
How big is the fish?
Are the worms live or frozen?
How old are the flakes and pellets?

If the tank is too large sometimes the fish can't find flakes. The filter moves it.
If the fish is large it wants something with some mass. Too small? can't eat the pellets? if that could be the problem smash the pellets before soaking them.
If the flakes or the pellets are too old there's no taste reward for sampling them. Buy some new correctly sized pellets for your fish. Buy a small can of freshflakes. OR ask your LFS if they have a sample of a new brand you haven't tried.

i suggest u starv him for a day or 2 and offer flake and pellet only. when he gets hungry enough he will eat it . i have had sucess with this techneik and it may sound cruel but to a fish its not bad i do not belive that fish in the wild get to eat every day so try it and u will be feeding that tex whatever u want him to eat lol

I second this method (TECHNIQUE). My 5in male jag was stuck on krill for a while. He loves krill. After a while, he started ignoring the pellets. I ended up putting him in a 29g by himself and offering 3-4 pellets per feeding. I knew he wouldn't eat them at first so I didn't over do it. After about two days of him not eating, I went home for the weekend, came back and tried pellets again. He ate them willingly. It takes some will-power, because for us as fish owners, part of the enjoyment of owning a fish is feeding it. Hold out and you will win. But do keep the water clean.

Thanks man i really appreciate it i only feed her pellets this morning and i will do the same tonight and tommorow hopefully she will eat then
