Texas/ Green Texas...Is he SICK???

I was wondering if any MFK can tell me if they think my Escondido is either sick or just has a bad marking on him.
Symptoms
1.Stays isolated. Usually in the back of the tank.
2.Has a marking on his left side. Not sure if its hole in the head or not.
3.He doesn't eat any of the food. I only see him eat small particle of food that are floating around in the current. He doesn't go after any food with the other fish.
I think he might have parasites or something.

Water parameters? Water temp? Tank size? Tank mates?

Possibly being attacked by a tankmate and trying to avoid him/her. Is their any aggression toward the texas by any tankmates?

Yea just a little bit here and there. He mostly stays to himself.

All is good. He does have a lot of tank mates though.
