Texas help.

Hey guys my Texas has a bit of white string like stuff hanging off him.
Just curious to what you think it is and if I should be concerned?
I added some new fish to the tank last night that were kept in my hospital tank before I put them in there put is it possible they have passed something on overnight??

Sometimes it comes and goes, but if it persists, treat for internal parasites...or I think RD had a trick of soaking its dry food in Epsom salt water solution.
