As those on here that know me, my name is Kelly and I own and operate Finned Friends LLC and KARS (Kelly's Aquatic Rescue Services). I got a distress call today from someone in Austin Texas (and I live in Wisconsin!) saying that she rescued this fish and has been giving it the best care she knows how but he is suffering and needs a bigger tank. A student in the college left and did not take his fish with him. She has him currently in a TEN GALLON tank and says he is about 8 1/2 inches long! He is very stressed in the tank. He needs a great home and is free to anyone that can pick it up. Please, she was a good fish samaritan and I can only do what I can do here many many miles away. Again, do not call her and bother her with your complaints of keeping a fish in that size tank. She knows it is not good for him and she did a good deed of saving the fish from a horrible fate to begin with. She wants a great home for this fish.
